Delivery Areas

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

Delhi NCR — 3 to 5 business days
Metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 5 to 7 business days
Rest of India — 7 to 10 business days

Shipping Charges

Orders above Rs. 5,000 — free shipping
Orders below Rs. 5,000 — flat rate of Rs. 100

White-Glove Delivery

In Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore, we offer white-glove delivery at no extra charge. Our team will bring your furniture inside, unbox it, assemble it if needed, and take away all packaging materials.

For all other locations, we provide doorstep delivery. The item will be delivered to your door in its protective packaging.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard at any time.

Delays

During festival seasons and major sales, deliveries may take an additional 2 to 3 business days. If there is a delay with your order, we will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
